Custom Cater was created by Debbie Crafti. Coming from a sales and marketing background, Debbie, together with her husband Martin decided on a river change, and relocated to regional Victoria.
They created a restaurant and bar, focusing on regional wines and Martin created an amazing list of 50 of the World’s top rating beers. He also designed killer cocktails
Debbie ran the kitchen, and predominantly concentrated the menu on Tapas style food. The food was delicious and widely acclaimed. When they returned to Mornington Peninsula, Debbie decided to create Custom Cater, offering clients customised menus to suit the occasion.
